Domestic Shipping Policy 

1. Scope of Delivery

Veexia provides specialized pharmaceutical distribution across all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We ensure our innovative therapeutics reach healthcare providers, pharmacies, and partners from Alexandria to Aswan.

2. TPC® Quality Assurance during Transit

Our commitment to quality doesn't end at the warehouse door. Every local shipment is governed by our Triple Point Check (TPC®) system:

• Climate-Controlled Handling: We utilize specialized logistics to maintain the required temperature for sensitive dermatology and neurology products.

• Batch Verification: Each delivery includes full documentation ensuring batch integrity and "Pharma-Grade" excellence.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Greater Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

• Other Governorates: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

• Note: Orders placed on Thursdays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Receiving & Inspection

Upon delivery, partners are required to verify the TPC® seal. Any discrepancies in batch numbers or packaging must be reported immediately to our supply chain department in Heliopolis.
