Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Veexia, we adhere to strict "Pharma-Grade" quality standards. Our Triple Point Check (TPC®) system ensures that every product leaves our facility in perfect condition. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and therapeutic products, our return policy is designed to protect the integrity of the supply chain and patient safety.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are strictly limited to the following scenarios within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Damaged Goods: Products with compromised primary packaging or broken TPC® seals upon arrival.

  • Discrepancies: If the delivered batch number does not match the TPC® certification or the invoice.

  • Product Errors: Receipt of items not specified in the original purchase order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products requiring temperature-controlled storage (Cold Chain) once accepted.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage at the client’s facility.

  • Items returned after the 48-hour inspection window.

4. Refund Process

Once a return is approved by our Quality Department:

  • Verification: The items will undergo a technical audit at our Heliopolis facility.

  • Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or credited to the partner's account for future orders.

Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be finalized after inspection.
